Oorelope LG Caretaker Chairman, TASOOLO, Graduates from Leadership School, Dedicates Success to Makinde, Olaniyan

Following the completion of his course, the Caretaker Chairman of Oorelope Local Government, Igboho, Hon Adesola Yaqub TASOOLO has graduated from the Prestigious African Centre for Leadership, Strategy & Development (Center LSD), Abuja.

TASOOLO joined 48 other Change Agents across the country who are the 12th set of students of the leadership school to graduate, on Saturday.
The event was chaired by Senator Olu Adebunmi, Chairman, Senate Committee on National Planning and Economic Development.

While speaking after the graduation, TASOOLO said he dedicated the success to the Oyo state Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde and his deputy, Engineer Rauf Olaniyan for their distinctive leadership role in piloting the affairs of the state and love of people at hearts.

He also urged the people of the state, most especially the people of Oorelope local government to continue to support the administration of Engineer Seyi Makinde and his deputy, Engineers Rauf Olaniyan.

The African Centre for Leadership, Strategy & Development (Centre LSD) is a think tank in Nigeria registered to build strategic leadership for sustainable development in Africa. The Centre’s mission is to work with forces of positive change to empower citizens to transform society.

The Centre carries out its programmes through research, capacity building, advocacy and campaigns built on the principles of catalytic partnership and rights-based approach. Youth, Women’s rights and disability issues are mainstreamed in our programming. The Centre’s work is built and organized around three pillars: Leadership, Strategy and Development.
The leadership training programmes focus on both leader development (expanding the capacity of individuals for effective leadership roles and processes) and leadership development (expansion of organizations’ capacity to enact basic leadership tasks including setting direction, creating alignment and maintaining commitment). Over eight hundred professionals have graduated from the Centre LSD leadership programmes.
