Again, Soun Writes Makinde, Asks Him To Spend Remaining N90m On Youth Empowerment In Ogbomoso

The Soun of Ogbomoso, Oba Oladuni Oyewumi Ajagungbade III has written a letter to Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state on the remaining 90 million naira for the renovation of his Palace which was attacked by hoodlums.

The Monarch, in the letter obtained by www.insideoyo.com on Saturday told Makinde to use the remaining 90 million naira on Youth empowerment in his domain.

Insideoyo.com recalls that Makinde during a visit to Ogbomoso promised to give the Monarch a sum of 100 million naira. A development which many analysts and critics in the state condemned.

Earlier, in a letter Soun had earlier rejected the money adding that it should be used for empowerment. However, Chief Press Secretary to Governor Seyi Makinde denied it saying he spoke with the Monarch.
